Olivia Bell Donegan, 82, a resident of Cleveland, TN passed away on Friday, February 15th, 2013 in a local health care facility. Olivia was a native of Shelbyville, TN and had lived there most of her life until relocation to Cleveland approximately ten years ago. She was born on January 22, 1931 a daughter of the late Odus and Mattie Barnett. Olivia was of the Baptist faith and a member of the Valley View Baptist Church. She was an accomplished seamstress, quilter, and knitter. She also loved gardening and was an avid reader. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Myles Wilson Donegan and three sisters Rachel Lowe, Betty Reed, and Marion Moulder. Olivia leaves behind to cherish her memory, one daughter and son-in-law Pam & Marty Smith of Hixson, TN, two sons and daughters-in-law Clinton & Martha Donegan of Johnson City, TN and Ricky & Sandy Donegan of Cleveland, TN, two sisters Sybil Norman (Jack) and Mae McGowan...
