Mrs. Lulu Thompson, born Nov. 13, 1815 in Bremer County, daughter of Alfred and Catherine Fuller, died Sunday, August 18 in Mercy hospital in Waverly of complications incident to old age. She had been afflicted with arthritis for many years and was an invalid for the past fifteen years, the last eleven of which she was practically helpless and was cared for by her daughter, Mrs. Blanche Annis. She was married in 1881 to Ozam Thompson, who preceded her in death many years ago. She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Blanche Annis, Mrs. Vern Pierce. and Mrs. Will Oberdiear, all of Plainfield, and Mrs. Adrian Larson of Janesville, Wis.; three sons, Ben, Cedar Falls; Kenneth, Waterloo, and Howard of Willow Lake, South Dakota. Three brothers, Warren of Chicago:, IL. George of Los Angeles, Calif., and Milton of Atlin, British Colimbia, Canada.
