William Harold Wright, 78, Route 15 died Saturday, Feb 14 1987 at Memorial Hospital after an extended illness.
The funeral will be at Neal-Tarpley Chapel, with the Revs James Clapp and Bobby Swift officiating. Burial will be in the Greenwood Cemetery.
Visitation will be until the hour of service at the funeral home.
He was born in Duncan, Okla Feb 5 1909, a son of James E and Charity Jane Wisdom Wright.
He was a retired district superintendent for Halliburton Oil Co, Oklahoma; a Mason; and a member of Red River Baptist Church, Adams.
Survivors include his wife, Bessie Sanderson Wright, Clarksville; a daughter, Patricia Spillman, Vernal, Utah; four stepdaughters, Dorothy Coleman, Clarksville, Pauline Smith and Merle Qualls, both of Springfield, and Vivian Fox, Goodlettsville, a brother, Orvil Wright, Gaithersburg, MD; a sister, Mildred Coffett, Duncan, Okla; three grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. -- The Leaf-Chronicle Page 9
