John Henry Armbruster, 82, of St. Louis died July 18 at Deaconess Medical Center in St. Louis. He was born Feb. 14, 1912 in Flat River to the late Henry and Mattie Sizemore Armbruster. He was preceded in death by one sister, Bernice A. Hood; one brother, Jim Armbruster. He is survived by his wife, Verona Collins Armbruster of St. Louis; two nieces. Visitation will be may at 4 p.m. at the C. Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. at C.Z. Boyer Chapel in Desloge with Rev Kirk Schmeisser. Burial will be in the Lutheran Cemetery in Farmington.
