MRS. KATE S. WIRAG DIED IN TENNESSEE News of the sudden death of Mrs. Kate S. Wirag, a resident of Bismarck, was received here Wednesday night about 7:30 p.m. Mrs. Wirag died at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Herman Malwitz, at Nashville, Tenn., where she has been visiting for a couple of months. She was sitting at the radio when she was stricken, apparently with a stroke of paralysis, and died within a few minutes. The body will be brought to the Hoppe Funeral Home in St. Louis this morning where funeral services will be held this afternoon. Interment will be in Freidman Cemetery. Mrs. Wirag was well known in St. Francois County. Her husband preceded her in death. She is survived by three daughters, (Vesta) Mrs. Herman Malwitz of Nashville, Tenn., (Julia) Mrs. Brown Woolsey and (Clara) Mrs. James Armbruster of Bismarck; one brother, C. B. Manteer, and five grandchildren.
